Before founding Silicon Valley Executive Academy, Victoria spent over 25 years in high-tech industries. But after witnessing the toll that relentless hustle takes on even the most successful professionals (including herself!), she shifted her focus to redefining leadership for the future of work.
Today, Victoria works with executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations to develop sustainable, human-centered leadership strategies. She teaches high-performers how to navigate the demands of rapid technological change while balancing business success and personal well-being. Her approach demonstrates how success and fulfillment can coexist.
